So.. how to get Eriana's Vow catalyst now?
I never finished the catalyst for the Vow. Now that I don't have the catalyst boost from that season, it makes literally NO progress. Been farming it for days and only got like 2%. How am I supposed to do it now? Or can I just not?

Do you have to have it equipped for progress to happen, I can't remember and I don't think I've seen the progress bar move once in weeks.

Yes, you have to equip Eriana's Vow in order to make progress on the Catalyst Quest. And it takes a really long time without the boost from the Season Pass.

Actually, they changed that a while back after season of the undying. You no longer have to have it equipped to gain progress but the tradeoff is that it takes forever to complete. You're better of not farming and just running nightfalls or something to gain progress over time. Same for the symmetry catalyst I believe.

I can confirm that. I havent completed it that season and now it takes forever but you dont have to have it equipped. 50 more activities to go...

you don't have to equip it, But the grind is still pretty damn long, don't know why the current season quest booster don't apply to previous season weapons.

I just finished the catalyst. It's totally worth it.

Just play the strikes playlist. It's 1% (progression) for one strike.

Hmm.. thank you for all the information. I guess I'll farm 150-ish strikes..

Just play the strikes playlist. It's 1% (progression) for one strike.
Oh cool so I only have, checks notes, 265 strikes to go...

Oh, no, I was right I have ~260 strikes left to run as it's not 1% per strike it's 1 point out of 400 per strike. So yeah, that's really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying.

Don't farm for it specifically. It's not THAT good that you need to grind it out ASAP. Just play the game. You'll get it eventually.
