Quests in log that can be dismantled?

ive got a bunch of quests, mainly from the dreaming city zone, that have the "press F to dismantle" option and nothing else on their tooltip. no tracking etc, is it safe to disable those?

most just read like "a small gift" or "a SOS in a garden" with no real information.

The Small Gifts are for the Cat statues hidden around the area, giving them the gifts will reward you with a piece of the Dreaming City set or a weapon.

The SOS gives you a hint towards an ambush location, usually a reference to one of the named areas in Dreaming City. Some of them are Lost Sectors, and the "garden" you're mentioning in yours is most likely the Garden of Esila area. Doing them gives you a Corsair tag you can turn in to Petra for a reward.

oh okay, so those are like hidden quests.
i was already thinking it had something to do with sunsetting and they, like, forgot to remove the quests etc.
