Ramen coupon in the tower

Hi there!
when i'm in the tower and walk around the ramen bar there's a framed pic of Cayde (note, i bought forsaken last week, i don't remember it being there) and it allows me to interact with a ramen coupon in front of it.
the "interact" text changes to "collect loot", when i do so, i get nothing... checked my inventory, nothing :(

i know about the "expired ramen coupon" item thingy but i haven't played destiny 2 back then so i wasn't able to get it. So, what does this new thing means?
