Maybe can try to Put Prosperity Mod on your favorite core(strike,gambit,crucible) activities, it gave a chance for additional legendary gears if you complete the activties.
I turned in around 1500 tokens to zavalz and I didn't see one toil and trouble drop.
Put in over 2000 to shax all I got were seraph shotguns.
It's also infinitely clunkier than the CQC12 and has pretty butts rolls in general. I'd imagine it has like, maybe an extra meter on the CQC12? But none of the handling or bonus mobility to go with it.

That doesn't even make sense. How does a random number generator differ between games...It's random. If anything destiny is good for the fact that it favours stuff that isn't getting sunset for a season or 2.
That actually isn't true. Computers are deterministic, they don't understand the concept of "randomness". Almost all randomness in computing is pseudo-randomness.
Even if the weapon was trash, which it isn't, the ability to create warmind cells makes it worth using.
