Can I Play Without Random Players?
I want to play with my friend, but there are players in the world with me, killing stuff. I just did the tutorial, and I'm 1, my friend is 1, and there are two guys, 58 and 50, something like that, they clear all enemies really fast.

How do I play with my friend without random players?

It makes no difference if the game is a MMO or no. Warframe is a MMO and I don't have to play with a lot of random players to play. I can go solo, I can go with my friends, or I can go with random people that I invite. MMO does mean "you HAVE TO play with random players joining your game and doing what they want".

Is Warframe massively multiplayer? I would assert it is not an mmo but a 4 player looter shooter with matchmaking and trading. I'm just going off of the underlying meaning of the words here and not arbitrarily stated tags. I would argue that by definition if something is an MMO that it would require it have large forced multiplayer interactions which is kinda what I'm getting at. I would also argue something like the division isn't despite its hub world and that guild wars 1 was never an mmo.
Where do you draw the line? Is Dark Souls an mmo since you interact with a ton soul signs and can summon other players? There are stark differences.
MMO by definition is any online video game in which a player interacts with a large number of other players.
People use it too broadly or incorrectly all of the time. Similarly people use rogue-like incorrectly very frequently despite its origins. There is a ton of nuance to these tags
Destiny 2 is a game where a player interacts with a large number of players through mandatory interactions and thus it is an mmo and yes, you do have to play with random players doing what they want as part of that definition.

I would recommend getting the master chief collection if you don't have it already for an actual controlled and much better multiplayer experience at the price/content ratio.

Isn't because you ignore, or don't like, the definition of something, that the definition isn't what it is.

MMO means Massively Multiplayer Online, which means something like more than 1000 or so, I'm not sure numerically what defines an MMO, but YES, Warframe is an MMO because you can interact with a huge number of players. You don't have to PLAY with a huge number of players to the game be MMO, but you have Dojo and Relays. A while ago we had a Raid game mode with 8 players, which isn't MMO, but yes Warframe IS MMO, you liking it or no.

There are games like Ragnarok and Priston Tale (I can't think right now on newer games because I don't like to play games with 30,000 players doing the same thing, I think it's stupid, if I take some time, I can research it to show to you), which are MMOs but you don't HAVE TO play with a lot of players to do their content. GTA V is an MMO, here, an "newer" MMO game that I know right off my head, that I don't play because we HAVE TO interact with tons of players.

But again... I don't care about your definition on MMO, if you like it or no, I don't want to change the subject of the thread to this. I just want to know if it's possible to play Destiny 2 with only 2 or 3 players, without having to deal with random players joining my match doing stuff that I don't want, or don't know what it is.

I did the tutorial, right? And there's this huge tank in one part, the game told me to run away because it's hard to deal with, but I'M playing the game and I want to kill it, I saw I can kill it... So, I took my time, and start to deal with it, until I killed it and got a crate as reward with a lot of that blue resource that I don't know what it does. This accomplish made me feel great, because I did what I shouldn't, I did defy the game, and I won.

THEN... Next day I was playing with my friend, when we reached that area, I saw players lv 50, 58, something like that, killing this tank so easily and farming the crate, because every time you kill it, the crate respawns. This took the pleasure of playing away, an enemy that should be hard to deal with is so trash that people are farming it over and over again.

I don't want that, I don't want to have to play with random high level players who clear everything in seconds while I watch, this is stupid. SO... That's why I'm asking that, I want to play in a match with my 2 friends and I, without having to deal with random players. If this isn't possible, this game isn't for me, we will uninstall it and move on, simple as that.

This is also the reason why I think GTA V suck, because we have to deal with random players doing stuff and messing up our fun.

Actually that isn't just my definition that's from the dictionary but you know... Just ignore that.
You got your answer already. You have to play with other people if you play this game.

I know, and that's not the point.

Oh. I thought it was obvious that it's unreasonable to ask a cafeteria for a private dining room to eat your lunch special.

There are a lot of co-op games that utilize a private server. Some games are only co-op so that may be the solution you're looking for.
That's the worse analogy that someone can come up to, anyways, don't worry, we already uninstalled the game, it's over, we aren't going to play it.

This game is absolutely NOT an mmo. By your logic, GTA 5 is an mmo. In fact, by your logic, GTA 5 would be a bigger mmo because you can get more people in a lobby there than here.
