Is Legendary Edition worth it?

I am looking to play solo, PVE. Is the legendary edition would worth it? Thanks!

Base versions of all the content released if you would like me to rephrase

thats why i said no season pass content

if you dont currently own destiny 2, Legendary edition is a good start then if you like what the game is you can get the season pass

although you could always try it free first

I tried the intro, love what i see so far. It is easy to start campaign from Forsaken and Shadowdeep? From the last time i went there i was confusing as hell.

Solo? Forsaken have most Exotic solo quest and Exotic weapon also best raid ingame for now.
But legendary contain all expansion u don't need to make decision.
If u got alot reserve of glimmer buy them all so u can pick where to start not get restricted to which u can or cannot.

As 1,6k hours player, i recommend u truly explore abit more of this game for a long run decision before buy any expansion cause it pricy.

Mostly I play PvE Solo and own every DLC/Season <3

Bungie decided to take a whole lot of paid content offline without refunds ...

Until this company restores previous paid content, I cannot justify spending ANY money on this product ... what is to stop them from 'vaulting' this content in 6 months time, leaving you out of pocket and with nothing ... AGAIN

They have decimated 70% of the content you are about to buy. Beyond Light is definitely not worth the time of day. Exotic quests have also been vaulted and all the good stuff. I have been playing since D1 Y1 and can't believe what they have done this time around. The game is an empty shell compared to what it used to be. I would save my money for better entertainment myself and ONLY play Destiny 2 as a free to play option. The gunplay and mechanics are unbeatable to this day by any other first person shooter. It's a shame really, SO MUCH potential WASTED by an idiotic developer!!

Destiny really wants you to play all (or most) of its currently available content. That includes PVP and raids. So if you want to play solo, I'd just suggest looking for another game.
With that said, if you want to play it solo, most of the noticeable solo content is in the DLCs, so I guess that'd be a "yes"?
