Lost Lament bug?

I'm on step 7 which requires me to find blade pieces in the glass way strike. From what I've gathered, you get the pieces by fighting the bosses of the strike. Am I missing something? I've already run the strike from the directory 3 times now and no progression.

I got mine at the end of the strike on my first go.

There is a special Harpy boss that spawns alongside the rest of the bosses. You need to kill that Harpy.

you might need to hit enemies with a sword too, thats how i got it.. didnt get it the first run, didnt use sword then, but on 2nd try i did and then it dropped..

Slight problem. I killed it and still no progress :( and yes I am referring to the transcended Harpy with the arc shield. Not the hydras.
