Reshade
Why is reshade not supported? I use it to get my games working in stereo 3d and improve visuals. Is this something that will change?

reshade.me v4.8 or above has a lot of effects that come just need to tick what effects you want

They wont' even allow Nvidia freestyle or the Steam controller options. I don't think I've ever heard of these being used for cheating, and judging by the complaints by users of this game it's not helping much.
