Best (and cheapest) way to play Destiny 1 in 2020?
Tried Destiny 2, didn't scratch my itch at all. Played Destiny 1 on Xbox One when Iron Banner first came out, and want to revisit it on my PS4. Problem is, actually accessing all of its content nowadays seems extremely convoluted. My first instinct was to just buy a physical copy of The Collection from Gamestop or Ebay, but it seems all the codes included in this package expired last year. My next thought was to buy a physical copy of the base game, and then just buy the DLC from the PS Store, but only The Collection itself seems to be available for a whopping $60 still.

Anyone have any suggestions?

do you mean rise of iron for D1? Uhhh if its still everything plus base then I would wait for a store sale so you can buy all of the stuff for a discounted price

Didn't know The Collection (Base + all DLC) went on sale occasionally. Guess I'll wait for that, thanks.

D2 is becoming more like d1 again with the customization from armors and soon to be power customization with the new powers, I hope they do it for our normal powers to.

The content sucks, though. Plus no Marty score. I really wasn't impressed.
