why i cant proceed "bird of prey" quest?

after i arrived at the end of the reservoir, i killed all the mobs and
finally, press (e) commune with the traveler
and then nothing happen
The barrier doesn't disappear and theres no reaction after i press e button
does anyone have a solution of this problem?
or does anyone have the same problem?

pretty sure its a network bug, as with EVERYTHING in destiny. resetting the mission usually fixes everything
