Question about crosshair

Is it possible to completely hide it? I'm a new player who prefers to play games without crosshair. I know about the option to change the color of it (black seems to be the most discrete) and turning the HUD to low helps too but it is still there. Turning the HUD completely off is too much. Would really appreciate any pointers on how to get this done! Cheers

there is not costumize crosshair like csgo,i think there is no crossshair with a sniper,and the only other method i can think of is to stick to a wall(at yr back)and use a emoji,althought i hv no idea why on earth someone dont want a crosshair

I find crosshairs to be distracting from the game experience. They are just in the way. Big shocker that people can have different preferences, I know;)
Thanks for pointing out that snipers don't have them! But I'm not a massive fan of it, I prefer to play more close to the action. The least visible crosshair options I could get is bearable enough but I'd still rather be able to play completely without it.

coz like i said,i hv no idea why someone want no crosshair except they want to take a beautiful screenshot,but now i know u mean without the crosshair during combat,and as far as i know theres no such a thing to enable u to just delete the crosshair,and in this game u almost aim every weapon and its better than just hip fire imo so i personally dont find the crosshair distracting

Yeah I get you! To me the crosshair is only a marker where the middle of the screen is. But I'm used to playing games without any like Insurgency, Red Orchestra and Arma so I have learned to eyeball it if that makes sense. When there is a giant glowing crosshair in the middle it only obscures what is behind it without providing any benefit because I already know where the middle is. When I need more precision that's what ADS is for:)

Nope, there's no way to disable the crosshair, best thing you can do is reduce the opacity of the hud and make it black, but even then it's still visible sadly

Eh, you kind of get used to it if you play games like Killing Floor 2 or Payday 2, playing with a crosshair can feel weird after getting used to no crosshair for so many hours, also the crosshairs in Destiny are lame

Yep, switching back to crosshairs after getting used to do without feels similarly to eating an unpeeled banana with a wrench and needles

I miss having the option for scope just because of crosshair, but it's even more annoying that zoom fov can't be customized as well, which in destiny 2, is kinda the same thing yet not, its just that scope is your zoom fov.
