Horrors Least bug ?

I just got the pulse rifle Horrors Least in NF, with power 0 ... Cant even upgrade it cuz its power lever is not showing ... This is a bug right ? Tough my friend got this a game earlier, and his also was at 0 power, cant be a one time thing then ...

Horror's Least should be 1100 minimum, and sunset at that. If you got it in your collections, simply dismantle it and enjoy beibg a step closer towards Cursebreaker (if you didn't already have it).

I don't know if it's a bug but it seems to be happening to quite a few people. I also got it for the first time today and it also has a power level of 0.
