It's p2p2s, a bit of a hybrid between client-server and peer-peer. Hubs / open world areas are hosted by Bungie (Asia server is in Seoul, South Korea) but matches / maps / instanced stuff are player hosted but not to the extent that Warframe does it. You shouldn't see any host migrations.
-----
They will perma ban you if you try to DDOS / cheat.
If I join to a Server will I have a decent Ping?or it depends on my Internet Connection? or will I automatically receive a Strict NAT?
If I got luck maybe I'll see some Players who speaks and understands English HAHA!
discussing about the past things that I did yet I learned. Still I imply you don't have any proper manners and discipline. Maybe your just lack of Love or attention towards your parents and
use social media as an escape. if you want a friend? I'm here :D
Strict NAT? This isn't Warframe. You can actually ping their matchmaking server (same location as their login / central servers) to get a good idea of the ping you'll find in open world / hosted by Bungie.
Else... for player hosted stuff, depends on your connection
If you're in the PH, by default, you'll be logging into the South Korea server (all character data is global, i.e. doesn't matter which region you're connected to). Where possible any player hosted matches should be hosted by a player close to you.
So if you connect to the NA server, you'll log in / update from the US but usually play matches hosted by someone near you unless it's open-world / towns... US.
I find most players on the Asia side use hangul / traditional chinese script so perhaps a lot of them are from Korea or Taiwan.
I don't have figures for PH but from JP & SG, it's usually < 100ms for Asia, < 150ms for EU and < 200ms for NA.
Anecdotally, I think the Asia playerbase is a lot smaller than Warframe's (queue times for WF are around a few seconds at most). When it launches on Steam, you can always try it out then refund it if you find it too laggy.
