bought a cosmetic and it vanished!

i bought a comentic glow thing for my warlock from the premium shop, it told me it was in my inventory, press F to unl;ock, so i did, and now it is now were to be found, i assumed it would be under my boots - cosmetics, but it is not, can anyone helkp me??

i bought the warlock preservense boot cosmetic..

Have you looked in your postroom in the tower ( or whatever it is called in english )?
Took a look in your collection if it is unlocked?
Pressed the wrong button and accidently refunded it?

same with finisher, i pressed F to store it, but now where is it ??????
iam getting a little frustratesd with this VERY clumbsy UI, cant belive this is a 60 euro game (when it came out) it handle slike a cheap consoel ported to pc...

What exactly did you buy? Could you take a screenshot of the Eververse page containing it?

If you bought a Warlock exotic boots ornament, you need the corresponding Warlock exotic boots to equip it to. I see you don't actually own any of the four exotic boots - Transversive Steps, Lunafaction Boots, Geomag Stabilizers, Promethium Spur. So that might be why you can't find it.

The finisher should be in your second character screen press S i think it is

On your character screen, you can go down to another page with your sparrow, ship, etc. Finishers go here by default on the character you unlock them on.
If you store a finisher, or have multiple characters and want them to have it too, then on that character, go to Collections, Flair/Finishers, you can extract a copy and it will go to their finisher list.

okeay the boots were my mistake i thought it would let every pair of boots glow.. bye bye 5 euro,
the finisher was in the finisher spot, it sau F to store, so i store it, instead of activate it,
so were does it go if ": stored" ??
i check my bank, nothing, i check inventory nothing, so ....
its the finisher i got from seasanal pass,

You can reclaim it from Collections. Flair/Finishers.

Cuz it IS a console port.....

Cosmetics from eververse only apply to the item that they belong to, which is in this case transversive steps... They don't work any other piece of armor.
