Crest of Alpha Lupi or Mask of the quite one?

as title says which one should i use? cuz idk whch one is more useful today....i mean like the mask of the quite one looks awesome but idk what its perk used to do and what it does now

and idk what crest of alpha lupi used to do but now does

just need to know which ones is more useful

Crest is a good option if you want your barricade to heal you. Mask of the Quiet One, aka The Rip-Off One Eyed Mask, don't use, One Eyed Mask is good. Actium war rig is great with autos or xenophase.

Depends on what you're doing. I never use that helmet, but the Crest is great for trying to stay alive in tougher content.

Actium is basically just good for doing DPS with Xenophage, or if you're running an AR+LMG loadout and like spraying ammo everywhere.

hmmmmm heal or spray the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ammo ...thats the question ....tho the crest does fit better with the subreaker armor set tho .....ugh

Mask only heals the red bar. It dosent heal your whole hp it only heals red bar meaning you get tiny ammount of hp. In pvp its uber usless.
