Refurbished Black Armoury shader drop rate

I've just wasted 4+ hours of my life doing non-stop forges, dismantled 20 odd weapons in a row with that shader on... 200+ total forge completions and nothing, it's the one thing I need to complete the badge (I'm not even trying to get the Blacksmith title, I imagine those players trying to get it are worse off).

If they can tweak the Warmind Node stuff, why can't they tweak other things for better drop chances - so players can get things before they get vaulted.

It took me about 50 dismantles to get this one.
Got it at the exact same time as the last completon I needed for Platinum Starling.
