Can you describe what they look? Are those the one that turns and shoots you to the tower? My problem is I can't get on the top TOP of the tower when it launches me.

Yes that's what you need. But there is an additional step - it's the same step as for doing a heroic version of the event.

When the event starts, dunk the right orbs first, then the left, so the left tower is the first you visit.
Destroy the target enemy in the left tower to get the orbs, and slam one in the middle as normal. But do not leave, not yet.

Run to the edge of the tower that is opposite to the side that faces the patrol area itself. You should see a platform appear in the air. Jump across to this and quickly locate and destroy a diamond-shaped entity floating nearby, a Vex 'Oracle'. This will create more platforms, jump up and destroy two Oracles. Lastly jump to the third set of platforms and destroy three Oracles. This will create yet more platforms that will allow you to reach the top of the tower. Charging the plate here is what triggers a heroic event, but if you just want the eye, you can get it here now.

You do it the way the Heroic Public Event is triggered. You need to shoot some crystals that will form platforms. You need to trigger the event btw, just activate the plates.

had to try it but yes you can get there its not that hard use swords for extra distance when you run out of super or do public event

its a sphere shaped thing on either side of the area and i forgot to mention you or another person has to make the event heroic. to make the event heroic you need to shoot these diamonds on these platforms that will appear.
