Honestly, your best bet at this point is getting an Astral. Felwinter's is unavailable and Mindbender's is getting sunset.

If you don't care about light levels (Trials and Iron Banner), get a Mindbender's with Choke/Rifled, Accurized and perks you like.

END ALL: If you dont have the Felwinter's Lie, just get a mindbender with quickdraw and at least some range from the Hallowed Lair nightfall.
