What is the best current Sanctified Mind damage loadout?

Running through Garden of Salvation at long last, and my team had no trouble getting to the Sanctified Mind and getting to the damage phase, but... what's the best loadout to burn down the boss? I'm not expecting to one-phase them, I'm just looking to actually complete the encounter.

Datto has a good video on dps and the loadouts you can use Izanagi is very useful for it
