Chest at the Pyramid Overlook (Moon)

So there's a chest I can't open on the pyramid outlook. Looking online, I got references for the statues, how interacting with them would open a chest, and Voila! It spawned a NEW chest, which just handed me Xenophage. Neat!

But this first chest, opposite the bench, is still locked. Anyone know what to do with it?

When you do quests like
Memory of Sai Mota,
Memory of Vell Tarlowe
Memory of Toland
Memory of Omar Agah

you get to open it (its a different quest every week)

You need to do the weekly memory quests from her. Do all 5 and the chest opens.
