Hey, guys. I'm still new to this game so there are things that I am still not sure about especially when it comes to weapon's perks. Just now I think I got lucky for this bow because it is a lightweight frame, it has elastic string, with a archer's tempo and swashbuckler. Do you think this perks already a good one? Anyone's thoughts would be appreciated, thanks.

those perks are not too bad,although swashbuckler on a bow is kind of weird imo. The only real issue is that it is a bow, and bows in general arent too good in this game

Swashbuckler goes against what a bow is suppose to do tbh. Saying that you could have rampage on it and it still would be kinda mediocre. Bows are not really that good outside of niche uses, pulse rifles usually fill the mid to long range gap and snipers and auto rifles/smgs for the extremes either side.

Bows are kinda meh. You can totally use them, but there's plenty of weapons that tend to do the same thing but better. The one you have isn't bad, but it's not great either. Honestly if you like rangier weapons I'd go for a pulse rifle, the one you get from the prismatic caster can be really good with the right rolls.

To be more helpful, archers tempo and rapid hit are good for a bow. Its about all of run outside of explosive head and dragonfly (which I only use for nightfalls).

I think the slab can get rapid hit archers tempo, not totally sure though.

I think Swashbuckler gives more of a damage buff than kill clip in pvp, I wonder what the body shot damage number is with full swash? might be viable if its a good bit of damage, maybe pair with titans one hit melees?

Swashbuckler and Kill Clip are both 30% increases, iirc.

Biggest advantage of bows are their infinite range, I've got a black armory bow with rangefinder for more zoom and rampage spec, I like it for ultra-long range fights.

…Bows are AWESOME. I absolutely destroy with my whispering slab, whether I’m in up close or at range, with 500 draw time, I destroy whole waves in seconds.
