current nightfall: the corrupted... ( guys, seriously read this, big tip for easyer elevator and endboss fight)

this has been annoying me and also irritating me a lot.

everytime this strike is the nightfall, it never fails, but im going to try and teach you guys that might not know about this a little "trick" to make the elevator step, aswell as final boss fight a whole lot easyer.

you know on both parts you can grab those relics to remove the white shields on the elevator step, and remove the shield from the final boss right?

PLEASE, FOR THE LOVE OF (nah, not going there, but still..)

Grab one of the relics and actually throw it to one of the fire team members when he is facing you. they can not have their backs ir sides turned to you, they need to face you! the relic will then get empowered, basicly removing those shield by a one shot, on the elevator encounter, if youre lucky that all 3 shielded taken are standing together, you might actually remove all shields with just one relic. and this goes for bvoth phases on the elevator!

same goes for the final boss encounter, grab a relic, aim it at a fireteam member facing you, when he catches it and then sucessfully throws it at the wich, the shield will be gone in one go, no need to throw a hundred gazillion balls at that shield to remove it.

it has annoyed and irritated me so many times, i grab a relic, throw it at one of the guys, and they just stand there, or turn around and throw it at a wall, i mean seriously? lmao.
i can talk about a lot of things that i have seen people doing, but not going to.

on the bright side, if i do it, and they actually understand what i did on the elevator, they will most of the times be waiting at endboss for me to throw it at them again, or vice versa!
sometimes i come across those so called "vets" where im the one to deliver the charged relic as they will throw it at me without even thunking.

so please, guys, seriously, try this out with a clan member or a friend. just grab a relic, aim at them and throw it, when they are facing you they will catch it and it will be more powerfull.

for the legend difficulty, and up, stacking the balls is actually a good way to damage the boss. They deal a ton of damage, don't have to worry about her shield if it goes up, good ad clear.

Yeah, I put up a similar post on this last month. Drives one nutz. I was trying to show someone yesterday how you can 'prep' a number of these relics. Have a buddy pass one to you, switch weapons and it drops to the ground. It doesn't expire and you can put a dozen together if you'd like before having your ghost start the elevator.
