Can't Get Passed The Sign In????

if you can't understand what i said i have some problem of writing and reading when i was young so i may still suck at what i write ok so just read as good as you can

I was able to login in and load up the game fine on battle net but when i download it on steam it won't let me sign in my profile in the game and a friend of mine wants me to join him and his brother but i need help trying to fix the sign in error you get where it tells you to go to Bungie website for help i redownload it but it didn't work and checked the fire wall to see if it was block in Norton but it wasn't i try to remove files from where i download it to and verify the files to fix them but no luck at all i don't know if this is because something happen when moving over to steam after i login in to all my accounts for this game and i try watching videos to fix this but that was for battle net only not steam because i couldn't any at the time i look and my PC can run this game my computer spec are i only gave some of what i can fine i'm not that good with PC's to understand much stuff because if i did it with out help well i might mess something up that i may need to work on my pc

but i may buy the game on steam instead of playing the free version u get to download to see if it fixes the problem if any of you can't help out

ok i had the same issue too and i didn't even get D2 on blizzard. but i have the solution and its a simple fix. when you go to bungiie you need to do a second step to bind the account to steam.

go to this page

click your account icon then click on Cross Over and follow the steps. you shouldn't have issues after that.

its required by everyone even new players like myself. if you have not made a bungie account do that then on the front page do what i just explained.

when you log in does it say pres enter? right hold down enter.... for about 10 seconds forgot about that part lol

you mean in game because i try a keyboard to login to the game and a xbox controller with no luck to but i think i may know my problem i haven't played the game on xbox 1 in like 2 years so i think that why maybe my login in to that is messing it up maybe lol

no i couldn't get into the game i did everything i was suppose to... when you are on the Load screen you need to hold down the Enter Key for at least 10 seconds to get passed it you will see a blue progression bar... once it completes you wont have any issues getting to the game. it only happens the first time you try and play.

the bad thing is my enter button doesn't want to work in the game so i have to use a controller to sign in which doesn't work 2 which sucks but i can load up and play on my xbox fine and plus my game takes like almost a min to load for some reason too before it starts the game

yeah it was slow at first for me. you might want to get a new keyboard at walmart for like $9 they have them there. then you should be good to go. glad your at least in the game now! Enjoy!

i'm still on pc trying but xbox works fine but no my keyboard is a razor keyboard why would i want a cheap keyboard at walmart lol

Dunno, assumption maybe if your in a bind and needed a new one? i was having issues on the login and holding the enter key down at load screen worked. if that doesn't solve the issue of first time log in i am as unknown how to fix it as you are Lol
