Destiny 2
Raid Matchmaking Please! Hundreds of Thousands not Raiding.
Please add matchmaking for raids. How much time and effort is wasted on creating raid content most of your players never see? Assuming the completion rate for the Leviathan (18.4%) and Last Wish (10.8%) are for PC players only and taking the maximum concurrent player base (226,000) we can estimate how many of the concurrent players haven't completed these raids. 184,000 have not completed the Leviathan raid and 201,592 have not completed the Last Wish raid. THAT'S JUST CONCURRENT PC PLAYERS! Now do the math for total player count (only accounting for players with characters raid eligible, i.e. light/power level) across all platforms and that number balloons to possibly millions. It's a shame really that the experience is gated from us by something as simple as matchmaking. Please stop dictating how we should play your game. Premade groups and clans will still be there for those who want that. The rest of us just want a simple/convenient way to see the same content.

Yeah LFR raids.. those very easy versions of normal raids with which some group of people was still strugling? No thanks.

Struggle? If they struggle there is a "Determination" buff which boosts stats, eventually groups get the kill and they learn as they go. Sounds like you haven't played WoW in a long time :)

I played a lot of LFR raids and they were boring or frustrating. Blackrock Foundry was a black magic for a lot of players.

Why do people act like raid matchmaking will stop them from putting a group together?
It's mainstream to be a contrarian.

Making content only for the Elite Hardcore in 2019 is pathetic, they need several raiding difficulties (with the easiest one allowing matchmaking so that people can learn-as-they-play and can actually EXPERIENCE the content)

Ironic, I had a lot of fun in LFR (especially LFR Archimonde)

I second this, higher difficulties could reward the best raid gear, and lower ones just regular gear with something to make it worth it in between.

Exactly, just copy what WoW does with their gear... Not that difficult to understand, yet Bungie apparently enjoys making content only for the hardcore elitist to experience, while us with 9-to-5 jobs rot.

Maybe it was boring for me because I was doing those fights on heroic versions with many interesting mechanics which were not included in lfr to not make those raids impossible for no raiders.

Would you be against a LFR system for Destiny 2? I mean, hardcore players can still get amazing loot while LFR plebs can get weak gear, but can experience the content. WIN-WIN situation.
Shouldn't they create raids that works with matchmaking and everyone can complete?
and they can do optional matchmaking for old impossible raids as well, so we noobs can at least try to complete it :)

Apparently it's too hard for Bungie to make separate difficulty tiers for raids, and they don't seem to want us casuals with 9-to-5 jobs to actually experience all game content.

Maybe its not profitable enough haha

They just don't give a ♥♥♥♥ about us, I'll go back to WoW where at least they have LFR.

Lfr would be nice but here in Destiny 2 it might be just senseless. A lot of raid content are based on communication and platforming. Getting rid of those would just be bad, because it could end in getting raid in which is harder to die than win. That is not a point of raids.
