Gray/Grey Colored Quest

I was going to do a Quest,the quest is colored Gray/Grey does that mean its expired?

No the color just changes depending on the area.

well for some reason I cant access it, nor will the quest let me track it, I tried to look for a video, & found that the quest is Blue for them, The video is as recent as june 12, 2019

Did you complete it? If so talk to a corsair in one of the caves with her hands on her hips for a reward

I figured it out, I realized theres several different ones. My bad, The titles to each of them are identical

I wouldn't Dismantle it, I would Search on Youtube, the name or description of the quest. If that makes sense. You'll figure it out. I know I thought Grey meant that the quest has expired, but I was mistaken.

What should we do if we do accidentally dismantle it? New to the game and Ngl, I dismantled it thinking I had to do that to finish it

Do nothing, it's gone. Another will drop at some point if you play in the Dreaming City.
