That said, yeah, this was rage-inducing while I was learning it. Especially running it solo and discovering I couldn't complete it on time because I was taking too long to get to the combat rooms.
I remember being stuck on the Last Wish jump puzzle before Morgeth for an age on my first run. I'd just switched from a hunter to warlock main and it was not fun...
You'll get it OP, it's just practice. Between getting the weapon and catalyst for myself and a bunch of friends, I can do the whisper mission with my eyes closed now. It's 100% practice.
Honestly, the traversal part of The Whisper isn’t that difficult once you’ve practiced a bit. The annoying part is getting the gate open in the first place to try again (or did they change that with Shadowkeep?).
Yea, it's available all the time now.
Back in my day, we platformed uphill both ways in the snow to get Whisper!
And only after waiting forever for a stupid public event to spawn and then hunting down some taken dude who got lost in a cavern. And don't forget when heavy ammo didn't drop at all in the whisper mission. Ah, the good old days...
