Abandoned quests

How do get back quests that i have abandoned? Especially the quest to create the Dreambane armour set for the Shadowkeep campaign.

Speak to the vendor who issued the quest, if you can reclaim it then it will be in their inventory. So that would be Eris for Moon stuff.

I've tried Eris but all i can get from her is the armour set and bounties but i can't create the armour because i have them as abandoned quests.

Quests aren't at the post office.

It says "Abandoned Quests" but they are not, just click on them and you'll be able to do the gun/armour again untill you get the roll you want.

Don't know why they called it that.

I don't have the quests, also i have killed the three nightmare bosses so the next step is to create the armour which i can't do as it requires the quests :/
