Pre-Order Ornament *Subject to Availability* ?

So I'm about to pre-order the collectors edition and noticed the pre-order bonus of the ornament for Two Tailed Fox and it saying *subject to availability*.... how on earth can a digital item that can be copied quite literally a limitless amount of times be subject to availability ?!?!?!?!

It isnt. Its a shady, albeit legal marketing tactic. Similar to how i advertise "Open 24 Hours", but im only 24 hours 4 days of the week at one of my facilities. I just cant say the 7 days part.
