malfeasance quest bugged?

I am on the part of the quests which involves getting 25 kills and getting kills as an invader

I have completed the first part which is to kill 25 but the bottom requirement is stuck at 0%
a few occasions I invaded and got all 4 kills other times 1 or 2 kills but as stated quest is not moving.

or have i read this wrong?

You have to get 4 kills during an invasion and you would get 100% instantly.
Are you really sure you got 4 kills? if you get 1 or 2 kills it doesnt count.

i got 4 kills a few times i'll try it again later.

You have to get 4 kills in one invade, so a team wipe.

For that step you have to get the "Army Of One" Medal pop up on screen for it to count, if that does not pop then you didn't get the 4 kills as an invader in a single invade.

Most people these days seem to use Xenophage or Dawnblade as a warlock to get them, when I did it I used I think it was the Sleeper or Thunderlord, I know hate me for it but it worked.

But thats exactly how it is written in the quest and what i told you above. You just have to read properly xD
When you play in a fireteam you also get the quest step when your teammates kills 4 enemys during ONE invade three times
