I bought "Buy Destiny 2: Upgrade Edition" but did not get the season pass? How can I get this fixed

Anyone else have this issue? Steam wants me to pay another $14.99 for the season pass after I bought the upgrade edition already.

You should be able to buy the season for 1000 silver in game, equal to 10 bucks. Make sure the Upgrade Edition didn't come with 1000 silver.

Pretty sure the Upgrade Edition (40 bucks if I remember right) only includes Shadowkeep and Forsaken.

At least that's the one I got.

Per the purchase link it says "Purchases of Shadowkeep or the Upgrade Edition will grant the currently active Season Pass upon logging in for the first time after purchase." I just checked my receipt it says I bought the Upgrade Edition and should include the pass. Can someone please assist in fixing this?

I just googled it and a ton of other people are having the same problem. Bungie apparently just wants them to buy another season pass??

then contact steam and ask for a refund. or try to contact bungie and see if it gets worked out

I requested a refund an hour ago. I just got the official response. Steam is saying that they are rejecting my refund request because I remained logged in for over 2 hours. I was logged in for 2 hours running around confused thinking that something was bugged and didn't even know the season pass wasn't active until I checked the seasonal tab. What an absolute rippoff and poor support from Steam. I told them exactly what had happened. I will never buy something from Steam again. I am told to just buy another seasonal pass even though I already paid for one I didn't get.

Yes, they said that Steam will refund me but Steam is refusing.

IF you google this exact issue, it's a known issue with Steam apaprently, hundreds of people have bought the season pass over the last few years and not got the pass. I am incredibly frustrated man.

Do you know if Steam has a phone number I can call?

dont think so. bungie is saying its on you steam save data and you then did cross save after. so to be clear, you're not seeing it on steam or psn? it wont be on psn.

There is absolutely no Season Pass on my Destiny 2 PC account. IT wants me to buy another one. I haven't owned a PlayStation in 3 years so I don't have a way to check that.

I bought the DLC upgrade edition and applied it directly to my steam account. I have the receipt showing that it has the season pass. It's just not showing up in game.
