He's right there. Hover your pointer over markers for descriptions.

Land in the Courtyard of the Tower. He should be almost straight ahead. He's an Awoken Titan.

I was landing on all of the places located on Earth, Ive completely missed The Traveler located just above the Earth on the map. Thanks yall
