Contact Event on Titan

Did I miss something? Cant find the event on Titan. Or would bungie release it the next weeks?

I found it randomly on Io; you gotta keep checking the map, I guess. I was hanging around Titan for an hour to no avail. Basically, you'll see a specific Icon on the map saying contact event. It's kinda random.

It is literally marked on Io where the event takes place, nothing random about the position; now if people in that instance just completed it then it is better to spawn somewhere else and come back, so the timer isn't random either

When I said I found it "randomly on Io" I didn't mean it was literally random. I mean, I was checking both Titan and Io constantly and seeing no public events at all. Until, randomly, FOR ME, it showed up. They don't show a global cool-down of the event, now do they?
