I'm thinking about getting into destiny 2 by getting beyond light, but will it come with all of the previous expansions?

No, you have to purchase each expansion seperately.

I honestly don't know about Forsaken and Shadowkeep but I can say for sure that you will have the first three campaigns from year 1 included. IMO for the price tag they all should be included.

Lol you think that price tag is bad. SMH. That was literraly the same price for shadowkeep yet no one complained about that price tag. I would say it is worth it. Whats being added is a new planet new campaign and most importantly a new Sub class to learn play and explore with (Stasis-Basically Ice)

Right now I'm a bit confused.

Bungie will remove a bunch of old contenets when Beyond light will launch. I don't even know if you will be able to play old expansions, no matter if you will pay or not.

Play for free first and decide what you want to do later.

The previous expansions are not included. Destiny 2 is not good value.. for most people. For people that are mad for the PvP and Raids and play hundreds of hours, they get their money's worth.

Good value for a first time player though. The 3 Legacy campaigns from Amanda are a good intro and worth the price of free. The problem is that the interface doesn't immediately direct those new players to her.

No

If you get beyond light, there's no guarantee that Forsaken and Shadowkeep come along with it. That is unless Bungie decide to make them free aspects, like they did with Curse of Osiris and Warmind.

As of Warmind and Osiris, you wont get either of those. Pretty sure you wont get Red Legion either thinking about it.

Cant really expect to be able to play any year one stories if they remove the planets associated with them.
