Terrible Mouse Lag!

Hi! I just installed the game, and when i try to look around with the mouse, the lag is incredible. If i move only with the keyboard, the game shows 60 fps, but when i move the mouse, the response of the image is way more slow, and the fps decrease significatily.
I have look in several sites and videos, and none of the solutions they offer me works.
Any help, please? Thank you very much!

Try turning vsync and framerate cap on and off, also try using fullscreen or windowed fullscreen etc. Resolution might be something to mess with and of course try changing graphics settings.

What are your PCs specs?

Here are my PC specs... i still use W7, the Override high DPI is in another tab i think?

CPU: AMD A10-7850K
Placa de Video: ASUS GEFORCE GTX1060 OC
Memoria: 16GB Kingston HyperX Fury Dual Channel DDR3
Motherboard: MSI A68HM-E33 V2

The CPU is way below recommended specs. Also, the CPU is so weak that your GPU is seriously bottlenecked.

You can try lowering render scale in the video settings with everything else low, but i dont think youll have a good experience with the game.

I had done this, but it seems that the problem is when i move the mouse. I mean, if i move with the keyboard only (forward or strafe obviously) it maintain 60 fps with all in high settings, it´s strange, that´s why i tought that the cpu and gpu were fine... i mean i know the A10 is low, but....

I'm sorry to say that would definitely be your CPU. Using the (admitedly bad, but still a good guideline) userbenchmark site for comparing your A10 to the minimum recommended AMD CPU, it's considerably slower than that one.
