Cant find Crucible matches

So guys, I took a break from Destiny 2 for several months and now came back in. Wanted to play some crucible but somehow i cant even find matches. Yesterday I waited over 8 minutes for one match. Right now I am sitting in que for over 13 minutes and still havent found a single match. A few months ago it only took like 30 seconds.

Is there some kind of issue with the matchmaking? Because I live in the middle of Europe with a 200k connection so their should be no problem on my side.

Something is definitely wrong, it shouldn't take more than a minute to find a match at most.

I wait upto 5 mins regularly for games of control, definitely think theres not many people playing pvp

Probably because the season is about to end so not much point in playing right now.

noone is playing because f2p was the worst thing to happen to the game. everyone is cheating and noone getting banned for it. everyone is waiting for the issues to be addressed

Your connection speed has nothing to do with matchmaking. You need to make sure your NAT is open in order to find games in a reasonable amount of time.
