Hunter build - fast charge for super

I need a Hunter build that charges the super as fast as possible.

Googling I found builds that rely on mods from old seasons or builds that focus on warmind cells (which I do not want in this build).

Can someone please give me advice on how to create such a build?
(I have most of the exotics should those be needed, and a lot but not all mods)

Golden Gun already has a very fast natural charge rate.
Stack Intelligence mods on your equipment, go Way of the Sharpshooter, and kill things with headshots. That's probably the simplest way. A cloak mod like Remote Connection, for bonus super energy on sniper kills, will stack as well since you should be getting headshots with the sniper rifle.
