exo voice?

Is there any community way to simulate the exo modulation effect for exo characters? (we dont really have many to go off of but I was looking for even what to call the effect other than modulation and I havent found anything) It kind of amazes me that there isnt at least a basic guide somewhere (that I have found) when it seems like destiny is the perfect game series to make stupid videos on. (think RvB skits or something, personally with all of the emotes and crap I could only imagine the potential)

I'll look at it (as I seem to remember the name but I dont know for certainty) but I was more talking about effects like low/high pass filters that the community could use to recreate the modulation

hey, did you ever find out how to do this? im trying as well and running into the same issue, i dont even know what to search for anymore, because its not a robot voice, and its not entirely a synthesized voice... its just like, a slight cracked voice...? idk... did you find anything though?

not really sadly, I found a tiny tiny but of luck using a few things, but it never quite got it any farther than generic robot voice
