I have seen somebody wearing one that didn't have a hood. What is this one called and how to get it?

Posible yes but you will need to have some patience. Keep an eye on the ingame store, eventualy the Lux set will be in there for Brightdust. You can earn Brightdust by doing crucible stuff i believe.

Check in the past seasonal content in the eververse shop and you can buy the luxe set which includes the hoodless cloak

There are only two resets left before season 10 ends, and the set will rotate out of availability.

Next week is the boots. For the final week, a seasonal class-based ornament is not listed to be on offer. What actually does get offered is still subject to change at Bungie's whims, so check anyway!

After this season ends, the Luxe set will be unavailable like the Empyrean set and season 9's sets. They may make an appearance in the archive sometime but it will be a Silver purchase and not bright dust.

Ornaments, I have two, Phynotype Plasticity and Luxe. I find them from time to time in the store for bright dust.

Don't know about Lux Set, but often the games bugs and cape completely dissapears.

the Lux cloak wont be sold again, if you want it now ur only option is to buy it with Silver.
It might return in a future dlc tho. Tomorrow Tess will sell the boots again. And the week after no more armor.
