Why is navigating the menus and finding quests a complete nightmare

OK i have been playing a couple of weeks now and still I havent a clue how to find quests etc
Today theres this spider thing that wants to send me out on some bounties. I have no idea what to do next.
Now i have spend 30 mins trying to find the enhance quest. Its impossible.
I spend more time trying to find what I am supposed to do than i do playing the game
The game is great when i finally find some action. But to get there is almost impossible
I will try to play again tomorrow, but i wont waste much more time just messing around
The menus and navigation are the worst I have seen since i started gaming on the zx81

It's a very "VAGUE" game. Makes me wonder if they have shares in Google??????
When I started was searching all the time for quest links, a common experience by all accounts!!

The Original Destiny was a console game, and Destiny 2 shates a lot of the same designs to make it accesable for console users. It works great for them, but ita a bit weird for pc players if you come from.other games.

Sir, you forgot to ,mention the fact that they can't write a concise quest description to save their lives.

It's not impossible.
Look at your map.
There will be an icon/flag for available quests.
Go to that location and interact with the flag.

Read what the bounties are asking you to do.
If they tell you to collect Etheric Spirals, then collect Etheric Spirals.
If they tell you to kill Hive in the Jetsam of Saturn, then kill Hive in the Jetsam of Saturn.
If they tell you to kill some escapee from the Prison, read where that escapee is and kill them.
Starting to notice a pattern?

Hold TAB and you can see all of the bounties you've picked up under your Quest list.

Only thing about menu that bothers me sometimes is not that you need to leave team first before being able to go into something else, instead of instantly after completing what you did..

Should add bounties to menu as well.

For those who say just do this. its not that easy. for a start i have memory problems which make learning new tasks difficult
I searched for the quest(see I cant remember its name) and it wasnt there. I looked on the internet where to find it and its not there.
This game could and should be brilliant. Unfortunately the gameplay isnt matched by a coherent navigation system.

I read what each button did? Like, it's right on the bottom of the screen.

Hit the TAB key on the keyboard. At the top look at all of the different sections. Find the one that says Quests and move over to it. The quests are filtered by a few different things, just click the icons on the left side of the screen and read the quests until you find what you are looking for.

I gave up on the quest I was after and did some other quests in the same strand. The start point for the enhance quest isn't there. I've read that many others have the same problem

Oh, the Enhanced quest. Yea, don't worry about it, that one has been bugged for a while. Just work on other quests, hopefully it will get fixed someday.

I'd like a cent every time you get some pop up about a quest progressing and aren't able to find it in your log afterwards.

I always wonder why they bother writing such extensive lore when they do such an abysmal job of presenting it.

Initially it is a console game. It is designed ot navigate easy within menus. It takes time but you will get used to it
