Dynamo vs Distribution
Is there a definitive answer which one is better?

Dynamo is for Super cool down when using class ability,Distribution is for Class skill cool down when using class ability.,i will go for Distribution.

doesn't distribution reduce all ability cooldowns?

It depends on your build, as with many mods. What are you trying to go for? Super focused or ability focused?

more of a super focused build, so i'm guessing I should go for dynamo?

i think Dynamo decrease more cool down,but its up to you anyway.

Are you more rift and healing nade focused, or do you have phoenix protocol/lunafaction and well?
