Striker super doesn't kill in one hit. Did I miss something?
Been using bottom tree Striker for a while. In Crucible the shoulder charge during the super always killed in one hit. Now, it isn't, all of a sudden, and I'm getting killed by enemy guardians that SHOULD be dead, since I hit them dead on with the charge, but they walk away from it, many times killing me somehow. Its perfectly possible that I'm just ignorant, but, shouldn't a direct hit from ANY super kill outright, unless they are also in Super or have some other defenses up? What changed, or am I crazy? I just noticed this change this week. Last week, it worked the way I expected it to. I'd provide a video but I don't have a reliable means to record gameplay. Has anyone else encountered this? Thanks!

Probably because of these two reasons: They have 100 resilience and/or you are way too low light level. Because Bungie decided it was good idea to allow light level to affect damage you deal and damage you take in PvP.

I'm going to assume you're playing Iron Banana? Light level is a factor there so if you run in at a low light then people can tank some attacks they wouldn't normally.

Hmm, that would make sense. Figured supers were tuned to one hit kill no matter what. I don't like meta-maxing, so, maybe those who do are the ones who are beating me. I'll look into that. Thanks!

I forget stats still matter in PVP. Even more so in Iron Banner. Figured that didn't apply to supers, but, makes sense it does, actually. Thanks!

Some roaming supers should still one-shot with their heavy attacks (if the have one) but yea, it can get frustrating if they don't die in one hit.

To me this happened once. I actually had to hit single player THREE times with Attunement of Sky Warlock super. So, just saying it is frustrating. IS HUGE understatement.

Agreed. Nailed someone yesterday with top tree Daybreak and he just tanked a swipe and ran away. Was probably a 10 light difference or so.

Not like top tree's super is that good in general though.

I love it's movement A LOT and it is pretty the reason I decided to play Warlock. A LOT more.

Either your Light Level was lower than the person you were hitting, because Banner. OR the melee hit reg screwed you over, which is all too common with melee supers like Striker, and Sentinel

I'm still getting used to its movement since the change.

Now if only bottom tree could get an actual neutral game.
