rerolling masterwork

Just wondering about rerolling a masterwork weapon, is it an equal chance for any of the stats or are some favored over others?
I've rerolled one 4 times but can't get an increase to impact, I keep getting range, handling or magazine (all 3 bullets).
I hate to keep wasting cores and shards if the odds are stacked against me.

It will never roll impact, either handling, range reload stability

from what i know you can't get an impact mw on guns, only swords

Possible Masterwork Rolls[gamefaqs.gamespot.com] should still be correct for the ones you can re-roll. Some specific weapons can be outside the list I think but they aren't re-rollable.
