Anybody know a way to get this working in a VR headset? VorpX won't hook.

Ok, why not just play it on a monitor?

Because I have 800 other games on my wishlist that all support my hardware. I can't remember the last time I played a game on my monitor. VR is much better.

I suppose an equivalent question would be: why are you not playing games on your Megadrive anymore?
Ok. It's obvious that Destiny won't work on your VR stuff, so go play something else that does.

This isn't a VR game.

Neither is anything else out there, and yet everything else runs on a VR headset with 3rd party software. This doesn't.

I'm not asking if it's a VR game, I'm asking if anyone knows how to get it working on VorpX. If you don't understand the question, then (with all respect) the question isn't aimed at you.

I'm gonna be honest with you, I can say with 100% certainty this game WILL NOT run on a VR headset.

You're wrong, as long as your computer can run Destiny 2 it should be able to run on a VR headset (theoretically of course). And to answer op's question I don't think nearly anyone on the Destiny 2 forums on Steam will be able to help.

Why not? 99% of modern titles do. This is the only pancake game (of 200+ since moving to VR) that I haven't been able to get working on my headset. It works in "theatre mode", but I can't get VorpX to simulate 3d. It just won't hook in.

Sadly I don't know, don't even own a vr set. But, Destiny in VR would be freaking lit. Can already imagine to '' sort of '' be there in real.

pointless to play a vr game when the developer doesn't explicitly state that it would run
EDIT: and modders can only do so much to bend a game to their will

IDK if you want to get this running in VR, talk to the youtuber Basically Homeless. He has the skill that he could probably get this game running on an old Nokia in 4K if he wanted to.
