Graphic settings won't apply
Every time I log into the game, grapic settings are back on default and if I apply my own set of settings and reload the game, it goes back to default.

We are investigating an issue where video settings on Destiny 2 PC are reverting after the game is relaunched.

same here, i came here looking for a fix....last night i got a new monitor and put the FOV to max for testing ultrawide and now it's stuck there T.T

manually changing the config file is appdata doesn't fix it either, the game seems to just apply the settings change on launch

oddly it doesn't do that for me it applies a custom preset that is almost all max settings with a few turned down

Has someone tried to find a settings file you can set to read only?

Yeah it's weird that way, people on the Bungie forum mentioned this too, the settings you get seem almost random. For me, I get low when I want high. Others want low because their system can't handle as much, but they get GPU-meltingly high "random default" settings.

The settings file you want is C:\Users\(Your Windows user name)\AppData\Roaming\Bungie\DestinyPC\prefs\cvars.xml, but setting it to read-only doesn't help, I've tried.

I set my video settings to Borderless Windowed and it just reverts back to Fullscreen upon relaunching Destiny 2.

Steam
Windows 10
Geforce RTX 2060

Same issue, why'd they break this? Setting it to read only fixed it.

EDIT2: Not it didn't while it IS windowed fullscreen, the image is off center.
