Mainly just using this one for giggles on crucible n gambit with randoms,
Hows that for KDR shaming
Jokes aside, I found it more enjoyable when playing without caring about KDR stats.
Which is why I spent most of the time on this acc these days.
Going to crucible with nothing but blues and green is fun and pretty satisfying when it works lol
The problem is when people are forced to use grenade launchers and other weapons they wouldn't use for quests which ruins KDR for some people.
(note: please dont use fighting lion if you like to be a sane individual)
Yeah that's definitely a good point actually and I've had hopeless friends who need help doing crucible so I'd feed them my death a few times in rumble (naughty me) which really killed my KDR on my psn profile.
Personally the only game that i've had stats absurd compared to the average player was in MWO, outside of that i'm usually average or below average.
Cough
Also matchmaking is a bit of a joke, at least lately when solo queuing. Take a look at the last game I played in Control today: my team's average ELO was something like 1200-1300 or something (can't check, site is throwing errors again), and the enemy's was nearly 2000. How that match is even allowed to happen is beyond me.
But anyway, reaching 2100 for Recluse showed just how little I actually understand PvP in D2, compared to some of the 4K+ players. Stomping IB pubs with lower ELO players is all well and good, but it's nothing at all like competitive and high ELO stuff. A huge percentage of duels I took I was immediately headshot by a hand cannon; it's really no wonder people call cheats all the time on this board.
There was one memorable dude in my last 2 freelance games just farming to his heart's content with Thorn, winning every duel every time; thankfully he was on my team for my last needed win :o)
