Starter gun?
I see the new intro gives you that old-world style gun, and I love it, so is there any way to upgrade it or get an exotic of it? I know I can use it in PVP but I want it for PVE.

you can use it all you want in pve, nobody is stopping you

but to answer your question, no. theres no way to upgrade it or get an exotic version

Most of gambit/reckoning weapons got old-world looks,

You can get a higher Power version when reclaiming it through your collections screen. Though that only goes up to 930 if you're 950.

the stubborn oak shotgun at the tutorial also has a nice ping sound others dont have

It’s power is low, wouldn’t it be garbage in PVE?

You can just yoink it from collections and it will only be 20 lower than your highest

Actually, if you're accurate, it shreds. Its not my favorite rifle, no shaders allowed, but i use it as a meme once in a while. lol

If you truly want an 'old world' looking gun, Hazard of the cast looks amazing.

what confusing? it just simple
2 team of 4 compete to summon and kill primeavel first, twice
kill enemies to get motes, bank motes to progress, each 25 open invasion portal, 75 = primeavel spawns
banking 5,10,15 at once will result in small (goblin), medium (captain), large (knight) blocker on enemy bank, preventing them banking till they clear them out

if you get killed, you lost all ur motes u currently carrying

the one invading could kill other guardians (got overshield and wallhack) for 20 sec after spawns, spawn at one of two location that arent the hostile region (usually spawn with small enemy group)
killing guardian while primeavel is there will heal enemy primeavel, reverting their progress
