'Complete a triumph seal' Steam achievement

I completed MMXIX before D2 went to steam but i didn't get the achievement. I figured it didn't count since the act of you earning a triumph could be the trigger. However now that i have the Undying seal i didn't unlock the achievement.

It says 3% of players have this. Why didn't this unlock for me?

Do you have Forsaken? Also, the MMXIX Seal might not count for the achievement

yeah got all the expansions. And yeah i didn't get confused with the MMXIX since i got that before the steam move so i can see why that wouldn't work

It has nothing to do with when you get the Seal. I got four Seals (Dredgen, Chronicler, Wayfarer and Cursebreaker), before the move to Steam and instantly got the achievement.

There actually is a long going issue with achievements not loading up on steam on certain games.. I have it with APB reloaded for example, there are a bunch of steam achievements not loading up for some unknown reason..
