Can't get "exotic journey" achievement.

I did several exotic quests already (Leviathan's Breath, Polaris Lance) but achievement is still locked. Is it bugged?

It's "complete a Forsaken exotic quest".

Leviathan's Breath and Polaris Lance are not Forsaken exotic quests.

For reference, check the Exotics: Forsaken collections badge.

Wish-Ender, Malfeasance, Chaperone, and Ace of Spades should be your targets.
