Strike with a Fallen boss
Anyone know which strikes have one.... I am drawing a blank.

If you can't get it from an end strike boss, which has been kinda off in the past, I've found loading a nightfall that happens on a planet with fallen pub events can trigger it.

I got it this week from starting a Broodhold nightfall (tangled shore) and joining the cryopod public event in spider's area with the fallen boss. It died and counted as a fallen boss for the weekly.
