I confused i have done 27/28 out of the required triumphs for the savior title how do i claim the last one?

Most of them say whats needed, if not then you can always google if its one of the secret triumphs

Go to the tower, go to the beacon, Complete 'Worthy', claim the triumph, claim the title.

What is your missing Triumph? You can check in yiur Triumph/Seal screen.

You're most likely missing the collections badge.

Did you finish the Crucible, Vanguard, and Gambit seasonal quest? And have completed a run of Legend Sundial? Also did you kill Inotam the new Sundial Boss? Those are the ones that are most likely to be missed.

Yes you can, stage 7 was recently met, and the 'Worthy' quest to complete the triumph is now live.

Yeah i am missing the collection badge still fairly new and i have never really noticed it. Sadly its a lot of grinding i have a good portion of it done and the stuff done for the shaders but i highly doubt i can finish the ritual weapons.
